Classification and specifications of stainless steel decorative pipes

Stainless steel decorative pipes are also called stainless steel welded steel pipes, or welded pipes for short. They are usually made by welding steel or steel strips after being rolled and formed by a machine and a die. The production process of welded steel pipes is simple, the production efficiency is high, there are many varieties and specifications, and the equipment investment is low, but the general strength is lower than that of seamless steel pipes.

Second, the manufacturing process determines its advantages and disadvantages. Generally, welded steel pipes offer high precision, uniform wall thickness, high internal and external brightness of stainless steel pipe fittings (the surface brightness of the steel pipe is determined by the surface grade of the steel plate), and can be customized to any length. Therefore, they demonstrate economical and aesthetic benefits in high-precision, medium- and low-pressure fluid applications.
